Identify Napoleon, telling the part played by him in the French Revolution.

Napoleon- He was a great French general, who won many battles for the revolutionary. France and raised his nation's prestige. There was a time when we had become a terror for all the European monarchs. But, in the end, his limited resource collapsed in the face of the Fourth Coalition of the European nations. He was defeated in the battle of Waterloo in 1815 A.D. and was sent as a prisoner to spend his last days at the Small island of St Helena where he died unsung in the year 1821 A.D.

नेपोलियन बोनापार्ट का परिचय दें। उसकी फ्रांस की क्रांति में क्या भूमिका थी।

नेपोलियन फ्रांस का एक महान सेनापति था। उसने क्रांति के दिनों में फ्रांस का मान काफी समय तक ऊंचा किए रखा और उसके नाम को चार चांद लगा दिए। एक समय ऐसा था कि यूरोप के सब देश उसके नाम से कांपते थे। मनुष्य होने के नाते उसकी शक्तियां सीमित थी इसलिए अंत में उसे यूरोप का संगठित शक्ति के सामने झुकना पड़ा। 1815 ईसवी में वाटरलू की लड़ाई में उसकी हार हुई और उससे बन्दी बनाकर सेनट हेलना के टापू में भेज दिया गया जहां 1821 ईसवी में उसकी मृत्यु हो गई।
